Warranty & Delivery

CAFESTI WARRANTY

Your Cafesti machine carries an in-house one (1) year warranty from the date of installation.

To make a warranty claim, please contact our Technical Support team at info@cafesti.ae with your original order details. Our team will first attempt to troubleshoot the issue with you via phone, chat, or Zoom. If necessary, you will be instructed on the next steps, including an on-site visit by a member of the Cafesti Tech Team.

Limitations of Warranty

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear.

  • Use of the machine for any unintended purpose (as defined in the Cafesti User Manual).

  • Routine maintenance, cleaning, and servicing.

  • Damage or claims resulting from failure to properly maintain the machine, including regular cleaning and descaling.

  • Use of the equipment in non-domestic or non-office environments.

  • Issues arising from electricity or water supply.

  • Cosmetic damage (e.g., scratches, dents, paintwork damage).

  • Damage or claims resulting from failure to follow the Cafesti User Manual instructions.

Post-Warranty Terms

  • After the 1-year warranty period, if beans are not purchased from Cafesti, a call-out service fee of AED 250 will apply for any support requests.

  • Spare parts required during or after the warranty period are charged separately and are not included in the call-out fee.

  • In cases where a service call is not covered under warranty, the customer is responsible for all associated repair costs, including labor fees and spare parts.

  • Please note that in case a service call is requested not covered by the Warranty the customer is responsible with the fees associated with the repair. (labor fee & spare parts)

Delivery Policy

We deliver our products and subscriptions across the UAE. Orders are dispatched from our Dubai warehouse and, where applicable, delivered and installed by a member of the Cafesti team within 1–3 working days.

Total delivery time includes:

  • 0–1 business day: Order processing

  • 1–2 business days: Delivery & installation

Coffee Machine Delivery & Installation

  • Dubai, Sharjah & Ajman: Free delivery and setup for all coffee machine purchases.

  • All other Emirates: AED 250 delivery & installation fee applies to all coffee machine purchases.

Coffee Bean Deliveries

Subscription coffee bean deliveries are free of charge across the UAE.

Coffee bean purchases (5kg and below)

Dubai, Sharjah & Ajman

  • Free delivery on orders AED 100+

  • Orders under AED 100: AED 22 delivery fee

  • Dubai same-day (4-hour) delivery: AED 35 (optional) Order by 4 PM for same-day delivery • Weekdays only • Machines excluded

All other Emirates

  • AED 30 delivery fee applies to all coffee bean orders

Order Cutoff Times (5kg and below)

To avoid delays, please ensure your order is placed/flagged before the cutoffs below:

  • Next-day delivery: 2:00 PM cutoff

  • Dubai 4-hour delivery: 6:00 PM cutoff
