Your satisfaction is our priority and will offer you the following options in case you are not happy with your Cafesti Coffee Machine or your Subscription.

For all coffee machines & Subscription, we have a 7 day return/refund & cancelation of your subscription policy after delivery if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase. Please click here to arrange a suitable time to discuss options with your Cafesti concierge. Please note that all original packaging and accessories must be included with the return else your cancelation may not be processed. 

Also note, that returned Cafesti machine must be lightly used. A lightly used machine is an item that has been removed from its box and used as intended by Cafesti for a short period of time. All items, components, manuals, and packing materials must be returned to their original packaging. The unit must be clean and dry upon pick up. Any unit that requires extensive cleaning will incur a cleaning deduction from the refund or be refused. The product must not be functionally or cosmetically damaged in any way.

Open & used coffee beans are excluded from the return & cancelation policy. Client will be charged for the SKU that was opened only.

Cleaning materials are also excluded from the return policy.

Coffee Machine Output & Pricing Disclaimer

1. Machine Output Capacity
Each coffee machine listed on our website includes an approximate daily output capacity (e.g., up to 20 cups/day). This figure represents the machine's maximum potential under standard usage conditions and is provided for reference only. Actual output may vary depending on usage patterns, maintenance, and other operational factors.

2. Coffee Cup Calculations
Cup estimates are based on single-shot espressos, using an industry-standard average of [X grams] of coffee beans per shot (approximately 7–8 grams). The total number of cups you can produce daily or monthly may vary based on cup size, brewing method, and whether single or double shots are used.

3. Pricing Based on Coffee Volume
Our machine lease pricing is tiered based on the quantity of coffee (in kilograms) purchased per month. For example:

  • Leasing the MINY machine starts at 385 AED/month, which includes 2 kg of coffee—sufficient for approximately 10 single-shot cups per day.

4. Disclaimer
The daily cup capacity mentioned per machine (e.g., 20 cups/day for MINY) is the maximum functional capacity, while the actual number of cups you can produce with the leased coffee quantity may be lower, depending on your usage. We recommend adjusting your coffee order to match your expected consumption to avoid running out of supply.

EXTREMELY UNSTABLE GREEN COFFEE MARKET WITH SKY ROCKETING PRICES

Dear Clients,

As you may be aware, the global coffee market has experienced significant instability, with the prices of green coffee beans—particularly Robusta—reaching unprecedented highs over the past year.

Since our last price update in May 2024, Robusta coffee prices on the stock exchange have surged dramatically, rising from $3,200 per ton to $4,500 per ton, with peaks exceeding $5,200 per ton. Arabica coffee prices have similarly increased, moving from £200 per pound to £250 per pound during this period.

Effective January 2025:

In the event that international green coffee bean prices increase by more than 10%, RSD reserves the right to adjust the pricing of your subscription accordingly.

Should such an adjustment occur, you will have the option to terminate your contract. In this case, the coffee machine must be returned, and upon inspection, you will receive a pro-rata refund of the deposit.

Please rest assured that we are fully committed to collaborating with our roasters to ensure that such scenarios are kept to an absolute minimum.
