What Is Included in Every Plan?
Every Cafesti subscription includes machine installation and setup, monthly delivery of freshly roasted premium coffee beans, a full service and maintenance contract, and on-demand technical support from our team in Al Qoz 4, Dubai. There are no hidden fees.
Is There a Security Deposit?
A refundable security deposit of AED 500 to AED 1750 applies to lease subscriptions depending on the machine. This is fully refunded at the end of the subscription term.
What Is the Minimum Term?
Machine lease subscriptions are 12 months. Coffee bean subscriptions are a minimum of 6 months.
