How do I subscribe?
Navigate to our subscriptions page, choose your preferred plan, register your personal details and activate your payment plan. Our team & your package will be on there way for delivery & instalation!
How long are the subscriptions?
Coffee machine lease subscriptions are a minimum of 12 months with a 24 Months option. Coffee beans subscriptions are minimum 3 months.
Is there a deposit or how does it work?
For lease subscriptions, a security deposit of Aed 500 - 1500 (Depending on the leased machine) will be charged at checkout. The deposit will refunded at the end of the subscription term.
Can I pause my subscription?
While you are able to pause or defer your coffee bean deliveries, monthly payments cannot be paused or deferred.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Coffee machines may be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery. Please visit our"Return Policy Page"Â for further details.
Who owns the machine during the subscription period?
For all lease subscriptions, the coffee machine remains the property of Room Service Delivery LLC, Cafesti’s operating partner, throughout the lease term. The machine must be returned at the end of the contract, unless an alternate arrangement has been agreed in writing (such as a renewal, buyout, or upgrade option).
When and who will install the machine?
Please allow up to 48 hours for delivery and installation after placing your order.
Before dispatch, our team performs a Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) and machine tuning to ensure optimal performance.
Upon delivery, you can self-install your machine by simply:
- Unpacking it carefully
- Filling the water tank and bean hopper
- Plugging it in — then enjoy a perfect cup of coffee!

When will you deliver the coffee beans?
Coffee beans are delivered on a monthly basis as part of your active subscription.
For business subscriptions, a Cafesti technician will visit during the scheduled delivery to service and clean your machine, ensuring it continues to perform at its best.
What's in the subscription "Welcome pack"?
Along with your Cafesti coffee machine and premium beans, you’ll receive a complimentary Welcome Pack to help you get started.
Your pack includes:
- Double-walled thermo-insulated cups
- Milk accessories*

Are your coffee beans ethically sourced?
We carefully source our green coffee beans from farms and operators that meet Fairtrade, Bio Certification, or Rainforest Alliance standards.
Our beans are roasted and packed in Italy with an artisan roaster located near the breathtaking Dolomites Mountain Range in Northern Italy — a region protected by the UNESCO World Heritage Centre.
We also proudly roast locally in the UAE in collaboration with our dear friends at ByCypher Roastery, ensuring every batch reflects Cafesti’s commitment to freshness, quality, and craftsmanship.
