What is Cafesti?
Cafesti is a UAE-based coffee subscription company founded in 2022 by Amer and Nora Arab. We provide automatic bean-to-cup machine subscriptions, monthly coffee bean delivery, and on-demand servicing for offices and homes across Dubai and the UAE
What size offices does Cafesti serve?
Cafesti serves offices of all sizes across the UAE. From small teams of 5 people to large corporate headquarters with hundreds of employees. Our clients include well-known UAE organisations such as Jotun, ASUS, and InMobi. Whether you are a startup, a growing SME, or a large enterprise, we have a subscription plan that fits your needs and budget.
What does a Cafesti subscription include?
Each subscription includes the machine, regular delivery of premium coffee beans sourced from Italy and locally through Cypher Urban Roastery, installation, and a full service contract. Everything is managed under one plan.
Do you serve businesses and homes?
Yes. Cafesti works with offices, corporate clients, and residential customers across the UAE.
Where does Cafesti operate?
We are based in Dubai and serve clients across the UAE.
What coffee machines does Cafesti offer?
We offer a range of automatic bean-to-cup machines from entry level to premium, including our own Cafesti-branded machines and leading brands such as De'Longhi and Carimali.
Can I rent a machine for a short period or event?
Yes. Cafesti offers short-term rentals for events and corporate functions across the UAE, fully managed including delivery, installation, and collection.
How does the servicing work?
Cafesti handles all maintenance and repairs on demand. You do not need to find a third-party technician, we manage everything.
What makes Cafesti different from other coffee suppliers in the UAE?

Does Cafesti offer pantry supplies for offices?

How long is the minimum subscription term?
Coffee machine lease subscriptions have a minimum commitment of 12 months with a 24 Months option. Coffee beans subscriptions are minimum 3 months.
Is there a security deposit?
Yes. A refundable security deposit of AED 500–2,500 (depending on the machine model) is charged at checkout. The deposit is fully refunded at the end of your subscription and once the machine is returned in good working condition.
Can I pause my subscription?
You may pause or defer coffee bean deliveries if needed. Please note that monthly subscription payments will continue as scheduled and cannot be paused.
How do I cancel my subscription?
If you wish to cancel, please contact our team for assistance.
Who owns the machine during the subscription period?
For all lease subscriptions, the coffee machine remains the property of Room Service Delivery LLC, Cafesti’s operating partner, throughout the lease term. The machine must be returned at the end of the contract, unless an alternate arrangement has been agreed in writing (such as a renewal, buyout, or upgrade option).
When and who will install the machine?
Once the lease agreement is signed and all formalities are completed, your machine will be delivered and professionally installed in one visit by our trained technicians. Delivery typically takes 2–4 working days within the UAE after order confirmation. For large orders or business locations, timelines may vary slightly, we’ll always keep you informed.
When will you deliver the coffee beans?
Coffee beans are delivered on a monthly basis as part of your active subscription.
For business subscriptions, a Cafesti technician will visit during the scheduled delivery to service and clean your machine, ensuring it continues to perform at its best.

Is installation included?
Yes. We provide professional installation and setup to ensure your machine is ready to use from day one. For compact machines, self-installation may be possible. If so, we’ll share clear setup guidance.
