Delivery and Warranty
CAFESTI WARRANTY
Your Cafesti Machine carries an in-house one (1) year warranty claim.
To make a warranty claim please reach out to our technical support department by sending an email to info@cafesti.ae with your original order details. We will attempt to troubleshoot the problem with you over phone/chat/zoom and will further instruct you if your product needs to be attended to by a menber of the Cafesti Tech team.
Limitations of Warranty
- Normal wear and tear.
- Use of the machine for any unintended purpose. The intended purpose is defined in the manual.
- Routine maintenance, cleaning, and servicing.
- Claims or damage arising from failure to maintain the machine properly including regular cleaning and descaling.
- Claims arising from using your equipment in a non-domestic/non-office environment.
- Claims arising from any problem with the supply of electricity or water.
- Cosmetic damage such as damage to paintwork or dents or scratches to your machine.
- Claims arising from your failure to follow the Cafesti manual instruction.

- Please note that in case a service call is requested not covered by the Warranty the customer is responsible with the fees associated with the repair. (labor fee & spare parts)
CAFESTI DELIVERY
We currently deliver our products & subscriptions across the Emirates. All orders will be dispatched from our Dubai warehouse and will be delivered & installed by a member of the Cafesti team within 1- 3 working days.
Order cutoff time: 6PM (GST)
Orders placed after this time will be processed the next day
This total delivery time consists of:
0-1 business day of Order Processing Time
1-2 Business days of Delivery & Installation Time
We offer free coffee machine delivery and setup for all our clients in Dubai, Sharjah, and Ajman. For the rest of the UAE, a delivery & installation fee of Aed 250/- is applicable on all coffee machine purchases or subscriptions.
Subscription-based Coffee bean delivery is free of charge for all clients.
For coffee bean purchases only, a minimum order value of Aed 75/- is required for free delivery within Dubai, Sharjah, and Ajman. For the rest of the UAE, a delivery fee of Aed 30/- applies on all coffee bean orders.
