How the pay-per-cup model works
The Cafesti Grande G is a fully automatic bean-to-cup machine with an integrated IoT platform built in. Every espresso, latte, or cappuccino it makes is logged in real time, giving you full visibility into usage against your monthly commitment.
Businesses pay AED 2.50 per cup, with the rate dropping to AED 2.25 per cup for usage beyond the monthly minimum. That rate includes:
- Speciality coffee beans — no separate ordering
- Machine maintenance and servicing
- Installation and ongoing support
The plan is paid monthly in advance based on the minimum cup commitment, plus a refundable deposit on the machine.
What's the minimum commitment?
The plan requires a minimum of 700 cups per month, which works out to about 35 cups per day across a standard 5-day work week. For most small-to-midsize offices, that's a realistic baseline rather than a stretch target — and once you're past it, additional cups are billed at the lower AED 2.25 rate.
Who is pay-per-cup best for?
This model tends to make the most sense for offices that:
- Have fluctuating headcount or seasonal usage, and want cost to scale with actual demand
- Want full visibility into exactly how much coffee is being consumed, tracked automatically
- Are testing whether a bean-to-cup machine is the right fit before committing to a longer-term plan
