Where We Operate
We serve businesses and homes across all seven Emirates. Our primary service area covers Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, and Ajman. We also serve clients in Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, and Umm Al Quwain on request.
Our Dubai Base
Cafesti is headquartered on Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai, one of the UAE's main business corridors. Our distribution and technical service centre is located in Al Qoz 4, Dubai, allowing us to respond quickly to service calls across the emirate.
Who We Serve
We work with offices of all sizes, from small teams of 5 to large corporate headquarters with hundreds of employees. Our clients include some of the UAE's most recognised organisations including Jotun, ASUS, and InMobi. We also serve homes, serviced apartments, co-working spaces, and event venues across the UAE.
Delivery & Installation
All machine installations and monthly coffee bean deliveries are handled by our own team. We do not outsource. Every client receives a dedicated point of contact for their account.
