Questions offices ask
Do we have to buy the machine?
No. The machine is included in your subscription, with no upfront cost.
What happens if it breaks?
Servicing is included. Message us on WhatsApp and a technician comes to you.
How long is the contract?
Lease subscriptions have a 12-month minimum term. Your monthly price and bean quantity are fixed in your agreement.
Which plan suits our team size?
Smaller teams usually fit the monthly lease; offices drinking 700+ cups a month save with pay per cup. We'll size it at your tasting.
