Espresso: 18g in, 36g out, 25–30 seconds. Fine grind.
Bean-to-cup machines: Medium-fine grind setting. Clean the brew group weekly for best taste.
Moka pot: Fine-medium grind, fill the basket level without tamping.
Fresh-packed with a one-way valve. Once opened, keep the bag sealed in a cool, dark cupboard and use within 3–4 weeks. Don't refrigerate.
