Coffee machine lease subscriptions are 12months. Coffee beans subscriptions are minimum 6 months.

For lease subscriptions, a security deposit of Aed 500 - 750 (Depending on the leased machine) will be charged at checkout. The deposit will refunded at the end of the subscription term

While you are able to pause or defer your coffee bean deliveries, monthly payments cannot be paused or deferred.

Coffee machines may be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery. Please visit our "Return Policy Page" for further details.

For lease subscriptions, Room Service Delivery, LLC. owns the machine throughout the lease term. The machine must be returned at the end of the contract.

Please allow up to 48 hours for delivery and installation. Once the order is places, we will conduct a PDI (Pre-Delivery Inspection) and tuning of the machine.

Upon delivery, you may install your own machine by simply unpacking it and filling the water tank and bean hopper. Then, plug your machine & enjoy a great coffee! ( Instructional videos are available on our YouTube channel: @cafesticoffeeco

For business subscriptions, a member of our team will be available to set up the machine on site.

Coffee beans are delivered on a monthly basis.

Along with your Cafesti machine and beans, you will be receiving complimentary double walled thermo insulated cups, milk accessories* & a complimentary cleaning kit
